Account: email, username, password (irreversibly hashed). Usage: license and balance history, support tickets and live-chat messages, session and language cookies, security logs (IP/requests). Card details are never processed or stored by us — payments run through licensed payment providers.

Purposes

Providing the service and purchased licenses, license verification, support, security and fraud prevention, legal compliance.

Sharing

Data may be shared, strictly as required, with hosting/CDN providers (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare), the relevant payment provider for transactions, Google Gemini API to generate automated replies to live-chat messages and, with your permission, Google Analytics for traffic and advertising performance measurement. Live chat runs on our own server using Live Helper Chat. We never sell your data.
